Ridiculously delicious, supremely healthy, one-of-a-kind taste and texture

I can’t believe what I created! It’s other-worldly, interplanetarily delicious, nutritious, efficacious, and salacious. My friend Robby Bobby, Esq. tried his first spoonful before dinner and polished the whole jar in front of my eyes–I even filmed it!

From a long, arduous kitchen R&D journey where I thought many times along the way about giving up (okay, not really…) comes this exquisite keto-friendly creation containing some of the most savory, nutrient-dense foods on the planet.  The incredibly creamy texture delivered by the macadamia, walnut, and coconut butter base is akin to cookie dough, making it hard to believe you’re actually consuming a superfood! In fact, while Robby was finishing the jar he said, “Please tell me this is good for me, please!”

Exceptional Ingredients And Clean Production

Brad’s Macadamia Masterpiece gives you incredible nutrient density from a unique slate of superfood ingredients: macadamia nuts, walnuts, cashews, coconut butter, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, sea salt, and ketone-promoting MCT oil. It has the melt-in-your-mouth taste of a decadent treat, yet it’s packed full of high quality protein, fatty acids, enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. The Masterpiece is fresh ground and cold processed to preserve every bit of nutrient value and authentic ingredient taste and texture. It is completely free of additives, fillers, binders or stabilizing agents. Every raw ingredient has been individual selected for top quality, and sourced to origin from around the world.

For example, we use the world’s first USDA certified organic MCT oil, obtained from fresh, young coconuts. This supports small, organic farmers and sustainable agriculture, and compares favorably to most MCT supplements derived from commodity raw materials of unspecified origin and age. Many products contain the nutritionally inferior and environmentally objectionable palm oil to reduce costs. Inferior supplements are refined, bleached and de-odorized with chemical additives at high temperatures. Our MCT oil is gently and gradually expeller-pressed to generate pure, potent, and metabolically active forms of MCT oil that promote ketone production: C8 caprylic acid and C10 capric acid. These are excellent sources of sustained energy that are burned cleanly and efficiently instead of stored, and up to 10 times more ketogenic than regular coconut oil.

Our 100% pure cacao nibs come from Ecuador’s Arriba Nacional cacao beans of the finest aroma and flavor, and are ethically sourced in partnership with small farmers and co-ops. They are raw and warm air-dried (instead of hot air) to retain their intense flavor and dense nutrition, including neurotransmitter-boosting agents like phenethylamine, aka the “love” compound.

No bulk buy bargain BS here! No commodities, compromises, or cutting corners. The Masterpiece is made in small production runs at a boutique family business operation in the Pacific Northwest, USA–to the exact specifications originally perfected in Brad’s kitchen. Choosing this product supports a revolution in the modern industrialized food scene: Moving toward wholesome, honorable, sustainable, nutritious products made by health-conscious humans in favor of mechanization, marketing glitz, and insatiable corporate profits. If you care about your health, read labels, sift through the hype, think critically, and make great choices. Be a role model to your friends and family by sharing your food, and your commitment to the health of yourself and the planet!

A Note from Brad

As a lifelong athlete, I’ve been devoted to fueling my body with the most nutritious foods for many decades. I’ve experimented with extreme diets over the years, including the fads of the day like “Eat To Win,” “Fit For Life,” and other forgettable and wacky stuff. I was a vegetarian for a short time when I was a pro triathlete. Another time, I ate three hamburgers every day for several weeks when I was diagnosed as iron deficient. In recent years, I’ve been an enthusiastic promoter of the primal/paleo/keto/ancestral diet. I was strict ketogenic for several months (with daily blood metering, ugh!) and even had a successful experiment with strict carnivore and carnivore-ish. I’m the co-author with Mark Sisson of The Keto Reset Diet, and have co-authored the fabulous cookbooks, Keto Cooking For Cool Dudes, and Carnivore Cooking For Cool Dudes.

As the science and user experiences continue to expand in support of an assortment of sophisticated modern eating strategies, so does the confusion for many ordinary folks who are just trying to eliminate junk food and make sensible choices. Heck, I live and breathe diet and nutrition every day and even I’m confused at times! My goal is to maintain an open mind, a willingness to think critically instead of engage in confirmation bias and dogma, and experiment personally before offering a public opinion or advising others. I also have a firm commitment to inform, inspire, speak my truth, and call out the disgraceful health destructive forces of manipulative marketing and flawed science that are directly responsible for millions of diet-related diseases across the globe every year.

When it comes to healthy eating, we often hear the call for “Everything in moderation,” but I like applying a Mark Twain insight here: “Everything in moderation, including moderation.” Today’s modernized citizens are the fattest and sickest population in the history of humanity, so I think we are obligated to make an extreme and devoted effort to choose the healthiest foods. Oh, and there’s another important and often-overlooked element of the optimal diet: enjoying the heck out of your life and every meal and snack that you choose. If nothing is available that meets my standards, it’s a great opportunity for fasting!

From my journey and my desire to share my passion for good nutrition comes Brad’s Macadamia Masterpiece, a way for all healthy eating enthusiasts to come together enjoy some of the most delicious and nutrient-dense foods on the planet. I’ve been playing around the kitchen making stuff for my family since I was a kid. Our dear family friend’s the Herson’s would give me free reign in their kitchen to create “Brad’s Beautiful Banana Bonanza” – crazy creations that started with homemade fruit roll and would include peanut butter, banana slices, marshmallows, fruit, and bits of chocolate bars.

When I started fooling around with the eventual Macadamia Masterpiece, I knew I was onto something special. Virtually everyone who’s tried a spoonful exclaims, “what is this?!”—as in they’d never tasted a nut butter so delicious. Next, they’ll beg me to confirm that the product is actually healthy, as in it’s too good to be true. I’ve had a lot of fun bring this product to market, including experimenting with serving it on this, that, and the other: smeared on dark chocolate, dabbed on cucumber as an appetizer, spread on two apple wedges for a mini sandwich, drizzled onto a bowl Greek yogurt, cheesecake, or ice cream. Perhaps best and easiest of all, it’s a great option as a spoonful snack during busy times when you want a little energy boost without the fuss of a proper meal or the downsides of a high carb processed food. Go ahead, get a spoon and go for it!
