My coaching services are for people of all ability levels and performance goals – the only pre-requisite is passion, a desire to improve, do things right and have fun! My methods transcend the typical coach/athlete relationship of force-fed training schedules with little attention to the holistic lifestyle elements that make you a dynamic, healthy human being. Robotic 'dial-a-workout' coaching is a narrow and superficial approach to the pursuit of athletic and personal excellence.
I offer a program that encompasses all lifestyle elements to ensure that your athletic pursuits are a vehicle for personal growth, not a mirror of compulsive, superficial behavior patterns common among highly motivated, goal-oriented people. The program focus will be on fun, balance and appreciating the higher ideals of your athletic endeavors – not on superficial results.
PROGRAM DETAILS
There are three levels of support to choose from:
- Comprehensive Evaluation & Action Plan: $295
- Peak Performance Plan: $200/month
- Intensive Peak Performance Plan: $500/month
The one-time fee Comprehensive Action Plan is an excellent choice if you are budget-sensitive, currently working with another coach or trainers and are confident that you can maintain the focus and accountability to make proper training and lifestyle decisions over the long run. The ongoing support plans are a great choice if you have a peak performance race goal in the future or desire maximum impact, accountability and long-term guidance.
I. Comprehensive Evaluation & Action Plan: $295

- Evaluation of your last 6-months training, your current state of fitness, lifestyle considerations and future goals. You send me a written summary of this for review
- Detailed written Action Plan report with an overview of important training concepts and philosophies and a customized Action Plan for your season and target races
- Copy of Power Month by Brad Kearns: a comprehensive program to "Change Your Life" in 30 days focusing on the areas of Diet, Exercise, General Health and Personal Growth.
- Copy of Breakthrough Triathlon Training by Brad Kearns. "Balance your busy life, avoid burnout and achieve triathlon peak performance". This book will help you adopt a healthy attitude and perspective and sort through the confusion about what’s really important in training. Numerous elite athletes offer training insights, including exclusive commentary from 7-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong.
- Telephone and email follow up conversations to ensure your total satisfaction and clarity with your Action Plan
II. Peak Performance Plan: $200/month

- Three-Month Minimum committment
- Comprehensive Action Plan, Power Month and Breakthrough Triathlon Training as detailed above
- 1-2 Telephone Conversations per month for ~60 minutes total
- Unlimited Email exchange to answer all questions and ensure total accountability with your training decisions
- Workout Review: every two weeks I will review by email the results of your completed workouts.
- Workout Planning: Every two weeks I will review and provide direction for the workouts you plan in the coming two weeks
- Race Planning: Detailed taper and peaking programs designed for goal races
- Race Results Review: Race results will be discussed by phone or email to refine competitive strategy and continually improve peak performances.

II. Gold Peak Performance Plan: $500/month

- Additional Telephone (~2 hours/month) and email time to ensure total satisfaction and guidance for all workout decisions, including consultation for design of all Key Workouts
- Racing Schedule: Consultation to design an effective annual competitive schedule. Choose the right races in the right places for peak performance and maximum enjoyment
- Pre-Race Telephone Consultations to ensure focused competitive strategy
- Diet & Sports Nutrition Consultation and Action Planprepared
- Sports Nutrition Starter Kit to sample and determine the best products for you (retail $200)
- Extensive Nutrition Sampling and customized product kits designed and provided for bradventures.com distributor cost
With the ongoing support packages, I will help you will proceed along the path to peak performance, taking into consideration your current levels of health, fitness, life stress and motivation, time considerations and rate of progress.
This schedule is completely personalized and dynamic - it is just for you and just for the present time. Continual adjustments will be made to ensure that your program produces continual improvement in your fitness level.
